"DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE FOR PRENATAL CARE. This office is a complete joke. I discontinued my care bc I moved out of state, and I would have done so any way. My Dr was nice and my nurse was also very nice, but they do not give you any updates on anything. I had to call for most of my results which I should not have to do. they have these student drs that come in from time to time that your Dr does not come in with so you have some stranger going over your pregnancy with you by themselves that they have no familiarity with, then the Dr comes in afterwards to basically repeat everything you just did. One time I wasn't even asked if I was okay with one coming in . They are slow and always backed up for appointments that always seem rushed through. The office workers are barely any help themselves. I signed a release for all of my records to be sent to my new office and they failed to do that when I called to check in on my records to assure that my new office got them bc they rely on a scanning service that apparently said my records were sent but they actually we're not. My appointment is tomorrow and they didn't send any of the important records like my blood work and cultures THAT I SIGNED to be released. I would not recommend this place to a friend, I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Virtua always continues to disappoint with their poor service & care. They are also NEVER back on time from their lunch break, they have an answering service that is on constantly that you can't even leave a message with for some to get back to you WHAT IS THE POINT of having a service that does NOTHING?! Does no one in this office want to work??? I have never been so irritated by a Drs office until I came here. It is difficult to get the girls in the office to do anything for you as well. Juanita ignorantly tuned out what I was trying to explain to her about my records so I just gave up.... I will have to have my new office call her because she will not listen to me. DO NOT GO HERE The only thing I enjoyed about this place was nurse Ellen, she is a wonderful person."

"Why does this office take a 2 hour and 45 minute lunch break smh they open up at 9 and they go on lunch break at 12 I don't get it and they should have someone who's able to answer the phones and make appointments instead of her saying the office is close for 2 hours and 45 bc they are on their lunch break smh they need to do a little better smh."
