"In October 2023, I injured my hip and was diagnosed with tendinitis. I was unable to squat and as an avid weightlifter, this wasn’t an option for me. I was recommended to Mitch by name by my doctor. After working with him and his team, I’m happy to say I’m back to squatting heavy weight! From day one, Mitch listened to my problems and goals and made sure I was progressing appropriately over these past couple months. Mitch and the rest of the ProCare team are extremely supportive, knowledgeable and accommodating! Highly highly recommend them for anyone looking for physical therapy. I know I have a place to run to if I ever need physical therapy again :)"
"This is my third occasion to use ProCare PT. After being diagnosed with Eosinophilic-Fasciitis I needed help with improving flexibility and preventing contractions. I have been with Mitch for over a year with slow but steady progress. Both Mitch and Kaylie at Whitehouse are wonderful, beginning at the Clinton facility with the same experience. Thanks to all!"
"Mitch and the rest of the staff at ProCare are so amazing!! I was recommended to see Mitch from my Orthopedist after injuring my knee. I started in Lebanon then moved over to the White House location. I only did physical therapy for a couple months and within that time I went from having trouble doing day to day activities like walking to being able to now being able to lift heavy again in the gym and hike, run, etc without any pain. I am so extremely grateful for this place, I feel brand new!! Thank you Mitch and Kayleigh for all your help. You were both so caring and always made sure I was in good hands!"
"I injured my ankle in October and after several weeks of continued pain, my doctor recommended physical therapy. Fortunately, a new ProCare clinic just opened in Whitehouse Station, making it very convenient to receive services. I called to make my initial appointment and had the great pleasure of speaking with the office manager, Kaylei, who was very helpful and supportive. Up until that point dealing with insurance had been a nightmare. It was so comforting to hear Kaylei say she would take care of the insurance piece so I could focus on feeling better. Upon meeting my physical therapist, I immediately knew I was in capable hands. Mitch is caring, attentive, and very knowledgeable. After an initial intake, he expertly detailed the specifics of my injury and reviewed a progression for treatment that would help me walk comfortably again. Mitch uses a variety of techniques to ensure a thorough and effective recovery process. He expertly crafts individualized exercise plans and manages the delicate balance of making each session challenging but achievable. Even on days I feel discouraged, Mitch assures me that “we got this” and reminds me of the progress I’ve already made. The staff at the Whitehouse Procare including Mitch, Kaylei, and Sam go above and beyond to ensure that patients are well cared for and successful in each step of recovery. Their professionalism, compassion and dedication shines through and I am happy to recommend this ProCare clinic to anyone in need of physical therapy."
"Less than a month after turning 60, I broke my shoulder in a bike accident. I had numerous trips planned and did not have time to slow down my life. After waiting the required 2 weeks, I began therapy at ProCare. Mitch Anhorn, at the Whitehouse facility is my PT. Mitch listens to his patients to understand their therapy goals and works to achieve them. Within 3.5 months, I could lift my roller board and place it in the overhead bin on the plane. (See pic of me practicing the night before traveling.) It has been 5.5 months and my doctor is amazed by my progress. He told me most people take 8 - 10 months to recover fully. I am 95+% fully recovered. It was a lot of hard work, but Mitch empowered me to embrace the pain and work through it, recognizing what is good pain. I am so thankful for his constant vigilance to continually build upon my therapy plan so that I could meet each new functional goal. My initial goals when going to ProCare have been far exceeded. I am healthier and more active now than before. I'm am ready to get back on the bike! Thanks, Mitch! I couldn't have done it without you!"
