"I am shocked at how this practice is managed- in the latest last straw incident they "lost" an appointment I had made and also the nurse never returned my call forcing me to have to cancel an elective surgery for which I needed medical clearance. I have not had any negative experiences with the doctors, but the front desk staff and nurses are rude, quickly dismiss you or never return your important phone calls. The front desk staff just loves to quickly route you into the nurse voicemail rather than trying to help and then you are either have to constantly follow up to get someone to call you back or they never do. I am done with them."
