I have always had an excellent experience soooo worth it. I go for trigger point release, sciatica /bursitis issues, and tense neck and shoulder, and knee. As a dog trainer, a large part of my work is in front of a computer all week for record-keeping-related tasks so these sessions help with body aches and pains. I think everyone should try a therapeutic massage. you will be amazed at what can change in your life."
