"I heard great things about this office from a couple friends however I had the worst experience and never even made it into the office.. I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient in December after finding out I was pregnant, my appointment was scheduled for 1/11. The week before Christmas I started bleeding so I called the office and they sent me for two rounds of blood work to check HCG levels. After my second round of bloodwork I waited and hadn't heard back from them. I checked the portal myself to find that I had in fact miscarried. After still not hearing from the office a week later I reached out via portal and expressed my disappointment in not hearing from them. They called and left a voicemail saying the doctor wanted to follow up with me at my appointment on the 11th.. at this point I had recieved no medical advice at all. I was not told what I should or shouldn't be doing, what signs of infection to look out for, I wasn't even so much as informed by a medical professional that I had actually miscarried. I had to read it for myself on the portal and now I'm supposed to wait another week (a total of 3 weeks after it happened) for any form of medical advice? I again expressed my frustration with them via the portal only to have my appointment cancelled with no further response. As a young woman who had never been in this situation before, let alone pregnant, I was completely abandoned by this office and left to interrupt and handle this difficult situation completely alone. I never so much as got an apology, I was ignored...."

"Always problems with this place. Every single time. I stopped coming here years ago due to rude staff and just bad experiences. I accidently scheduled an appt with them instead of my new doctors office for a problem visit. I still had their number in my phone apparently and didn't realize I scheduled with them instead of my new place. Should have realized it was not my new place when I had to wait over 2 weeks for a problem appointment. That is normal for here, but my new doctor's office usually gets me in within 2 days for problem calls. But I had to wait 2 weeks and since I didn't realize I scheduled here instead of my current doctor's office, I arrived 10 minutes late and was told they wouldn't see me since I was so late. Seriously? I was literally 10 minutes late and I'm sure I would've waited twice that for the doctor since I remember always having super long wait times to be seen here. So here I am 2 weeks after I called about a problem, and I'm still no better"

"I switched to this practice late in my pregnancy when my old office went through staffing changes. Their office came highly recommended but I should’ve just stayed with my old office. Every time I’ve been scheduled with Dr. Tannenbaum he’s been consistently at least 45 minutes behind, if not more. If anyone else in any other field was consistently this late, they’d be out of a job. It’s completely unacceptable and I’ll be finding a new office as soon as I’m done with my postpartum checkup."

"I've always seen women gynecologists but so many are booked out in this area, so I switched to a male because I couldn't wait to be seen. I decided to schedule with Dr.Rothberg! He is wonderful! Better than the woman I had at another place. He listens, he's quick without pushing you out the door, and he follows up with you. He's very knowledgeable in his field and I will never switch to another doctor. Front desk staff is a hit or miss though sometimes, but eh that doesn't stop me from coming."

"I have delivered two of my kids here and I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else. I went in today to talk to Dr. Snyder and he was absolutely helpful!!! He cared about how I felt and kept taking the time to check back with me to see if I was okay. With my two pregnancies, they were never ever rude always polite and the best part, understanding if you needed to change your appointment. I went to Abington with my first three and did not have a good experience. The doctors at St. Marys show concern and are there for you! I could never repay him for today and the appointment I had!! I really just wanted to jump up and give him the biggest hug!!! And I also like that they advise you to meet each doctor just in case the doctor you choose is not available during delivery. So then you can build some type of relationship with each one and get to know them all. I cant express how much I love this practice."
