"It’s so unfortunate because I had such high hopes for this office. I was late for my appointment and asked if it were still OK to come in, and then agreed that it was fine. I could have rescheduled for my honest mistake. It was out of character for me. I was berated as soon as I entered the office with 0 professionalism, arms thrown in the arm as I walked through they were shaking their head and gossiping about me. I was so upset once I got into the room. The nurse and student who came into the office before the doctor were so sweet and professional and apologized on behalf of the staff/doctor. They wanted me to publicly suffer for my mistake though they agreed I still come in. I was told they were upset because of their bad reviews so they are on edge. I hope they learn that this field is not for them if they cannot control their emotions in a professional environment. I came in for migraines and left with one. Take the ride to the city for Penn on Civic Center Blvd. for the most professional and kind treatment. It’s worth it for your emotional and physical health."

"I have been going to Dr. Whitcomb and Dr. Feldman for years. I have rarely had a negative experience with the office. But when i called this morning (monday 1/9/23), i was hung up on as soon as coming off hold, and when i reached the receptionist, she continued to talk over me and said "okay ill cancel your appointment bye" and hung up on me mid sentence. Very frustrating, not the end of the world, but working in healthcare myself thats extremely off putting and I will be finding a new office."

"I can't speak to how efficiently the office is run because the doctor accommodated me with off hour appointments and there was no staff there other than the doctor at the time of the three appointments where I went. The doctor was very professional, thorough, and had a good way about him. My insurance does not require referrals and I found this doctor on my own. When I returned to my primary care physician to discuss my visit with this office they were pleased I had gone to this particular doctor and commented on their good reputation."

"One of the worst run offices I have seen in a while. The front desk never seems to know what is going on. You will request to be scheduled with one doctor, they will schedule you with another or not schedule your appointment at all. When you go to checkout after seeing a doctor or nurse practitioner the front will have no idea why or when you will need to come back, even though they were told by the back. The office also will not return phone calls and they are excellent at loosing your information. When you do finally get a hold of the office they will give you incorrect information."
