"I have been a patient before middletown medical took over Liberty medical and I have never been so disrespected, neglected, wrongfully judged in a manor that was so very hurful when I needed help. i have been tossed around like rag doll to different providers but until i was faced with the nightmare I went through when they scheduled me with Mkinnley a PA. She was helpful at 1st then she failed to take the time to understand how much I needed her help. She left me without the medical care that i sought out to get from her, then she lied to me and said she would call me back the very next day because they were awaiting info. but it was over a week I called the office every single day leaving messages for her she never called me back. She is neglectful and she should not be seeing patients because in my mind someone like Mkinnley that is that unempathetic and not willing to treat the people with the treatment that they need knowing that they have been a patient there for over 10 years receiving the same treatment that worked so well for me and changed my life. I had to call again over a week and a half to have a secretary tell me that I'm being dismissed from the practice. Not only did she leave me hospitalized sick mentally and emotionally distressed but she failed to do her responsibility to her patients and call them back after promising me a call the next day or doing her just duty to her patients and that is to help them. I broke down basically begging her to help me. She refused, lied and never followed back up with me as promised and I suffered because of it.. I pray that no one who schedules an appointment at Middletown Medical with her, ever has to go through what I had to."
