"While I received excellent physical therapy treatment here, the handling of insurance became stressful. I began care at the direction of my provider with a prescription/referral in hand. After a month of care, miscommunications between the way they were billing my care and the insurance began. I brought it to their attention many times over the subsequent months of care, but they did not address the issue. The bills increased in amounts after leaving care with added late fees. Each time I received a bill, I contacted both the center and my insurance to iron out the issues, only to have it resurface in another bill a few weeks later. Finally, Ivy Rehab sent my account to collections, affecting my credit score while we are buying a house. Update: I ended up appealing the insurance review through an elaborate process that included the University (my employer). Once that resolved, I received a phone call from the regional office apologizing for the longstanding issues and assuming me my account has cleared. I checked and it is now correct. TLDR: Excellent care, unnecessary hassle with insurance that was eventually resolved after about a year."

"Currently going to Excell P.T. Sharon is my Physical Therapist. She is great at helping me with my Carpel Tunnel Syndrome in both wrists and trigger finger. Sharon is extremely knowledgeable and I have great improvement in my wrist strength which was my primary concern. Sharon set me up with online support to review my exercises which is very helpful. More than her knowing how to show me what I need to do to improve Sharon is very patient and reviews the activities to ensure I understand the exercises so I can do them at home correctly to get the best benefit from my home exercise program.
