"The most difficult patient experience I have ever had. Senior staff don’t have phone numbers, emails or text messaging. Impossible to reach them directly for the simplest questions. The Patient Portal does not work for communication. Every request has to go by phone through the main number. Leave a message and wait for a reply. If your hearing is marginal this is very difficult. Nothing written and no visit summary that I have seen posted. Whatever comes by mail only. The staff are nice and seem knowledgeable. Very frustrating."
