"Generally had a good experience with the PT there but really frustrated with the billing process. First for some reason they stopped running my card and I end up with this huge bill and then there is no communication about outstanding payments and I don't find out until a debt collector sends a notification. I don't need dings on my credit report for an outstanding $30. A phone call or text message about outstanding payment would save a lot of aggravation and grief."
