"I had an appointment with Dr. Katchman. She seemed disinterested in providing any actual diagnosis. I have been dealing with itchy skin after shower for many years. I have tired everything I could after reading articles on the internet and using multiple different brands of soap and body wash. I figured, I would go to the dermatologist after not being able to find solution on my own. Dr. Katchman only advice was to take cold showers and she said what did you really expect coming here today"

"Dr. Katchman got her degree off the back of a cereal box. The most unintelligent human I have EVER met. Not to mention the front desk woman isn’t very bright either. Speaks to people like she hates her life. Makes sense I would too if I worked behind a desk for a doctor with a terrible degree. I feel bad for ANYONE that goes in this office honestly. They talk to children terribly. Not to mention she doesn’t care about your problems. She wants you in and out. That poor woman who sticks by her side must hate her life. Save yourself the brain cells and don’t go here. She proceeded to tell my 12 year old brother (who’s a child) to “sit up like a normal person” and then even after we said there’s a history of skin cancer she goes “grandparents don’t count” which they do and she’s dumb. The joy at the front desk was more worried about how old I was. (I’m 22 btw) not that it’s any of your business sweetheart. So disgusting"

"Dr. Katchman and her staff were an absolute pleasure to meet. I don't normally deal well with doctors, and had already been to two prior dermatologists that pretty much waved away my problem. One office visit, the growth was removed, and I had an idea what to expect if the problem returned. On top of that, they treated a self-employed person lacking insurance with a great deal of consideration and worked with me to ensure that I could afford the out of pocket costs now and in the future. If you're someone who doesn't handle medical issues well, I'd highly recommend them."

"Very disappointing. My first and last visit to this office. Appointment started an hour late, which wasn't a big deal. Once in the with Dr. Katchman she only wanted to look at one issue even though I wanted her to check a bunch of scares and marks. Each issues she looked at the answer was the same "I don't think it's anything to worry about". And i was eventually told I would need to make another appointment if i had any more questions. So another Co-pay and vacation day needed. I've heard Dr. Cola is good. Just make sure the receptionist knows how many issues you want looked at. Overall I felt like it was a waste of my time. I'll need to go somewhere else now just to be sure I "don't have anything to worry about"."

"I have been a patient with this practice since 2007, and many reasons keep me coming back! Dr. Carol Cola is an outstanding dermatologist! She is knowledgeable, kind, patient, and she always answers my questions in a way that guarantees my understanding. I know when and when not to worry. In addition, the staff members are outstanding! They are so pleasant and kind...a great indicator they are happy with their jobs. While this practice, is close to my home, I know I would continue with them even if I had to travel!!"
