"the doctors here are extremely unprofessional. they withhold medications from patients. they tell them their symptoms are just anxiety when other doctors find something wrong later that just worsened. they would rather send you to the er for no reason than see you themselves and they truly only care about their paychecks and their paychecks only. the lives of this patients do not matter to them. calling or finding any hire ups in a situation that has been going on for over a year and a half and it is impossible. penn medicine is supposed to be the best and it is absolutely the worst."

"Updated review: love the local staff who has Professional, friendly and patient first attitude. But Penn’s central call center to schedule appointment’s is absolutely horrendous. They have bad attitudes and actually think they are qualified to decide if you should or deserve to see a doctor. I recommend you Use the portal or call the local office if you can."

"My son is a patient at Penn Medicine of Limerick . I have been fighting with this office for over a month for them to get prior authorization for his medication and send it to the pharmacy. The health insurance says they have no problem with the script , he’s been on the meds for years. I have called and screamed, begged and cried for them to do their job. Still nothing. They are putting my sons health in danger by not providing his prescription to the pharmacy . I have called no less than 8 times and my pharmacy repeatedly sends them messages asking for the script. They are either completely incompetent or don’t care about my son’s well being or both! Over and over I have been lied to and told it was taken care of and it never is . I’m sickened by their lack of concern for their patient."

"Been a patient here for years. Doctors come and go. I don’t feel known by them, despite my whole family and me going there for a decade or more, feel more like a number. Not sure why doctors don’t stay there. Recently, they keep making me schedule appointments for what used to be easy prescription refills, seems like they are just looking for a reason to make more money. No customer service, they don’t call you back or follow up on anything. I’m probably going to switch."

"Had issue, wasn't a patient. Called to get first appointment and they said it'll be four weeks. When they asked if that would be okay, I explained that I did have an issue but it was my fault for not becoming a patient sooner. The receptionist changed gears quickly and helped my schedule an appointment for the next day (really two days later, but that was because I had work obligations). At appointment I was seen promptly and professionally. I recommend Penn Medicine at Limerick to everyone in the area!"
