"Been with this office for approximately 10 years. I feel like the Dr/practitioner I have could care less. I complained for 10 yrs about chronic heartburn, they did/suggested nothing. I finally went to a GI Dr on my own & turns out I had a hiatal hernia. During one visit to go over lab work the NP asked if I was ever anemic, said I don’t think so, she said nothing more. I had to have bloodwork done by the GI doc. Turns out I was SEVERELY ANEMIC. I’ll be looking for a Dr who actually advocates for the patient"

"I love Dr. McGuire but I have had the same experiences as other reviewers. The staff is horrible. They are rude and don’t care about the patients at all. It’s like we are inconveniences. They lack basic customer service skills. They are the exact opposite of Dr. McGuire. I have been a patient with Dr. McGuire almost my whole life and he is the best Dr. I’ve ever had. However I am seriously considering finding a new doctor because his staff just wastes your time and doesn’t treat you with respect. Yes, it’s that bad that I am considering getting a new doctor that I have a history and relationship with that spans decades."

"Everyone in my family goes here, and I personally have been a patient for roughly 10 years. I really wanted to like this office, however, the negatives heavily outweigh the positives. Every time I come in for an appointment, I wait a minimum of 45 minutes to be seen. Last time, I booked the first appointment of the day in hopes that the doctor wouldn't be running behind with other patients. I waited an hour before the nurses brought me back to a room, and then was informed that the doctor I see had not even arrived yet. The front desk staff are exceptionally rude and seemingly indiferent to patients. There is absolutely no sense of urgency in this office. In addition, after a nurse improperly injected a vaccine into my shoulder, I had a reaction and was left with severe inflammation in my rotator cuff. After months of PT and treatment through a different office, my muscle strength and usability of my arm are still affected over a year later. While the rest of my family continues to go here, I never will again."

"Doctors & nurses are great. They make you feel like they personally know you. I am not picky so Iv had the opportunity to see doctors and nurse practitioner. I dont feel rushed which helps me with my patience when they are running late. If they are attentive to me, I know they are the same with all their patients & I appreciate them for meeting all our medical needs. Unfortunately, on several occasions, the front is lacking. Though excellent at their job, they lack customer service skills. It's rare walking into an approachable front end area. I've been going for years & at times, it's daunting. I hope my next appointment proves me wrong."
