"I called ahead to see if walk-ins were available. I spoke with Megan and she said yes. I arrived late in the day and was told there was a 2 hour wait time and they close in 45 minutes. I informed Megan that I needed their services within 2 days. Megan hooked me up the next day by making sure that I was the first person to be seen. The services were rendered in a timely and very professional manner and my experience couldn't have gone any smoother."

"I had to go to this place for a pre-employment drug screening. The staff (Megan) greeted me quickly and was very pleasant and helpful. I filled out paperwork and didn't have to wait very long. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I wasn't there very long."

"There were fresh tourniquets hanging over the side of the trash can for the tech to use. When I questioned him about this, he rushed out of the room and came back with a handful of new ones and put them into the container on the cabinet. Then he tried to tell me that in an emergency they sterilize those which clearly was him attempting to come up with a reasonable story which it was not. After he was done with the blood draw, he stomped out of the room and neither said thank you or goodbye to me. He appeared to be much more interested in the dozen Dunkin’ Donuts that he had sitting in the reception area. When I was checking in, the receptionist asked him whose they were and he thumped himself on the chest twice to indicate that he had gotten them. And then he shoved another one in his face. Not a good look for your organization"

"When I was there they only had 2 patients in the building. I got there for a 9:30 appointment, waited 15 minutes to be seen and then before I could even realize, they said to go checkout and it was only 9:50. Very rushed once they get in the room with you. I felt I wasn’t being listened to or understood"
