"This apartment is one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. It may look average from the outside, but the staff, location, and apartment itself, makes it wonderful. What drove my ultimate decision to live here was a quick in person tour and seeing the place for as it is - cozy & worthwhile. I have a lot of experiences living in different types of city apartments and this place just checks all the boxes. * Application fee/walk-in tour/great rates - They are highly organized and the whole management team is very polite, generous, AND professional. * The experience of obtaining the apartment was EASY!!! I find this very hard to come by due to past misinformation/hidden fees/outrageous pet fees/amenities fees/broken appliances/bad locations/impolite staff from other city apartments. Living here, you won't find that. Everyone here is really kind, knowledgable, and upfront. * I feel safe and secure with the location and privacy. * I am close to my parking garage, clinics, food, school/work. * Michael and Stanley are always polite, gives great tours, and welcomes all people. * Whenever I have any issues with the apartment, Deandre kindly fixes up everything in a quick and timely fashion. * Mario is our maintenance guy and he always keeps this building neat and clean. All in all, 5/5. I’m surprised people are sleeping on this affordable and beautiful apartment."

"Wonderful place to live! Great location to University of Maryland Medical and University of Maryland Baltimore with apartments impeccably renovated throughout. 405 West Redwood staff are consistently professional, friendly, helpful and readily available. The building itself is spotless (thanks, Mario!). If you are looking for a quiet building with up to date safety features (fob access), 405 West Redwood is it! Other features (work out room and business rooms, in unit washer/dryer) are included. Could not be happier with this complex!"
