"Lived here for 2 years and I would not recommend it. The property is dirty, no one picks up dog poop, pool is dirty, and much more. Had the same down stairs neighbor for our time there who made life hell by banging on the ceiling at any given time of the day at the slightest noise from our dog or 5yo son. Office claimed to email them but nothing changed until I clapped back and downstairs complained…at which time I had a log of each time they hit the ceiling. Apartment constantly smelled like weed, dryer vents only get cleaned from outside, major lint build up in your actual dryer vent last the screen. Entire kitchen wasn’t level, stove top was replaced with one different than the original, fridge froze everything at the back, freezer often thawed. Our HVAC failed causing $300+ bills during 2023 summer and we were given a one room unit for the whole apartment… very uncomfortable and hot. No access to the balcony since that’s where it exhausts hot air, so all of our plants died. Amazon hub went offline for a week and the property manager refused to open the hub for people to retrieve their packages. We had a non renovated unit and they wanted $200 more each renewal of which I refused. They will renovate the unit and charge you for carpet they will replace with hardwood. There is also no parking unless you buy a $60/mo reserved space…and people will still park in your spot. Basically if you file a complaint about noise with details, it gets no where at all. I do not recommend living here."

"I wanna give Shauna Banks a super shoutout!!!!! She is very kind for one! Always will to help. When I call the office when there is an issue in my apartment, she makes sure that the job gets done!!!! She also helped me when I needed to change my parking spot when someone was moving from their apartment! Way to go Shauna!!! Keep doing what your doing lady!!!"

"Since the moment I contacted the Woodside Apartments my experience has been delightful. Ms. Safiya Davis helped through the process and took great care of me! I had a small discrepancy after moving in and within minutes it was fixed. Talk about good customer service and customer efficiency. I had a maintenance request for a faulty flapper, in less than 24 hours it was fixed. Nothing but a great experience."

"Just moved in this week. The management team was a pleasure to work with. The newly renovated apartments are ok but we found a lot of paint over appliances and the floor. Time will tell although I’m already a bit worried about the kids in the neighborhood. Our first day here we saw two kids kicking a ball in the parking lot hitting residents cars and laughing about it. Still new so I don’t know who to report this to but I’ll talk to management about what to do if we see people damaging others property."
