Crystal Towers Apartments

"hi i have lived in there for 1 year and just moved out now i am being charged 881$ for carpet 4 year prorated price for 4 years of carpet installment and 279$ for wall painting. There was no stain in the carpet at all And walls were perfectly fine when i moved out. I would never recommend this apartment to anybody. I was in total shock could not sleep for days waiting to talk to their accountant. But he is not at work he has been off several days. Please be careful when you move out from this apartment."

"Joseph was really helpful and kind during the leasing process and the staff in the office has continually been nice and friendly. Great location, all the convenience within walking distance. Many of the residents are friendly especially if you have a friendly dog. Overall the building is old so some things need fixing, some things are being worked on. Super bike friendly, we easily commute on our bikes the SW DC. Overall I really like the neighborhood. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. Like"

"We stayed at the place for 1.5 years. Location of the place is great. Near 2 metro stations. A Costco just behind. The apartment is lively. However, we saw rats frequently in our house. Plus, when leaving the apartment, they cut 400+ extra dollars from our deposit despite confirming that we had returned the house in a good condition. The charges were under headers that seemed incorrect and unjustified to me - ex, utility closure charges, mandatory carpet charges. Plus, they partner with 'fetch' courier delivery service for package delivery to your door step - and put a mandatory 25$ charge per month for all residents for fetch. Fetch not only delays your delivery (by holding it in their ware house of 1 extra day), but also misplaces items at times (we had to travel to fetch ware house to search our items 2 times)."

"Great air bnb, the place is very good, its about 12 minutes away from washington with an uber, and the view is also great. You have a gym and a pool and the apartments are very big with enough space for the amount of people you booked. It costs a bit more, but thats worth it! Only thing is the pool only opens from 11 am to 8 pm, which is a bit frustrating, but the other things are great!"
