"I have been living here for 7yrs. We've been through several management changes. Our current staff does a pretty decent job. Keep in mind that this is a Very Old complex built in 1941. A lot of Stairs! The closet space is Very limited. The rooms are a decent size, you can do a lot with it."

"If I could give 0 stars I would!! Do not rent here please!! MOLD in the bathroom that they keep painting over. Huge cockroaches in the kitchen, rooms and bathrooms. Mice running around everywhere like they live with me. And the leasing office doesn’t care. I’m not paying rent for me, the roaches and mice!"

"While in search of apartments in the Washington DC area, Jetu's leasing staff, specifically Fletcher who answered the phone, was astonishingly rude and unhelpful. He immediately tried to put me off to the website. I asked him to simply confirm availability and he got irate as if I were in the wrong for calling and requesting simple information. Forgive my knowledge of all leasing offices, but I thought that was there job, to assist in leasing questions and matters. As he began to raise his voice at me to the point of yelling, I terminated the call. I will recommend to all not to rent here, because if that is who is leasing out apartments the actual apartment and assistance throughout the apartment process must be abominable. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. If you can avoid renting here, please save yourself a headache and run, don't walk, to another apartment complex."

"I live in this area about five years now. I was at MWM for the first two years. Then I moved to Jetu apt. I was really excited about moving and staying in the same community. The administrators are very calm, pleasant, friendly and their professional ethnic is just that. Professional. my building I live in its clean and the neighbors are friendly. Sometimes we have to run young people out because of what they are doing is not appropriate. However I still enjoy my home. Thank you Jetu."
