"I recently moved into the Links and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The apartment building is new so everything is very clean and well kept. I worked with Melissa, property manager, and she was extremely helpfully and pleasant during this process! They have been responsive and assisted me with TONE of questions that I had in regard to moving, furniture deliveries etc. the move in process was smooth to say the lease! It is a very secure building so you feel safe with 24 concierge and security overnight. The building is located near groceries stores and target is only 6 minutes from here. There is also secured garage parking which I love with being in the DC area. The apartment over all is luxurious. Large windows, lots of light, app controlled washer and dryer, thermostat, elevator, door, really convenient! Overall, between management, maintenance, and the concierge team, 10/10 would recommend. Everyone has been very nice, helpful, and very responsive. Any issues I had as far as using the apps, have been resolved very timely"
