"It's all in how you make it. I have been around the best apartments and they have problems... It's all in how you make it. You see something SAY SOMETHING... management can only see things to a degree and they don't see everything... I have lived here many years and truly enjoy my apartment and I take my living quarters SERIOUSLY..."
"I will be moving into Eagle's Crossing in two weeks and since my apartment search in the area, Ms. Danita has been so responsive from start to finish and so patient with me. As a current property this was very important for me. I cannot wait to move in!"
"Since I Been Living At This Property I Haven’t Had Any Problems Except For The Water Getting Cold Afterwhile. I Come From House To An Apartment So I Kinda Understand. Overall We Good Over Here"
"I agree with Tina G. I too live on Joliet side. The only problem I have is with the Leasing office. I do not know what is going on with the customer service over there but something needs to change. Every time I call no one seems to pick up the phone or when I leave a voice mail message I do not get one back in return. I do understand there is a pandemic BUT someone has to be in the office."
"Rent is way to high, because Ronald Reagan Aiport is close and plan fly so close and then Blue Plain is right around the corner and the smell is horrific. That alone suppose to be a means for the rent to be cheaper. The crime is high that all I've to say on that!! They've a terrible problem with insects and the company they use is some garbage. Nothing fit as suppose to."
