"Rats, roaches, cockroaches.. poor apartment kelp up by maintenance, bare minimum service from leasing. No emergency maintenance on call or site or you can reach! If you have an internet service and tryna call rental office they only have an information pick up they can’t help you. Do not , move here!! Just oh the extra money and go somewhere else not worth the headache."

"Two stars because it's affordable. But in this case. You get what you pay for. My first issue is the loitering. I want to move because of that alone. But that's not even half of it. Maintenance is poor. You're lucky if your building hallway gets cleaned even once a week. The security is a joke. There is no real enforcement because tenants still do whatever they please. The staff in the leasing office is unorganized. One time they sent out an eviction letter to everyone in the complex about unpaid rent. And when tenants went to the office to confront them. Then they say it was an error. They will have your car towed for no reason at all. And it is on the tenants to pay to have their car returned. Last but not least. The mice is a real problem. You might want to adopt a cat. I'v moved here in 2019, in 2021 they have already changed management. Let that sink in."

"Being that this is closer to my job and metro accessible I would like to move in this apartment complex. I have a family member that stays here and her apartment is beautiful, clean and neat from what I saw. I didn't see any bugs or anything like that so I'm interested in staying here I know the area pretty well too. I'll be giving you all call very soon"

"If i could rate in the negatives, this apartment would be the lowest of the low. This was the absolute worst apartment I have ever seen in my life. If I had the time to look around, I definitely would have. The management team is unprofessional, unresponsive, rude and need to be replaced. I honestly hope that with all of the construction going on around DC, this is one of the places they demolish. They have rodent problems, bug problems, and the buildings are poorly designed. The rodents own the place and you just have to be okay with it. Maintenance don't care about whether your issues are taken care of or not because they get paid either way. Management lie about everything, parking is horrible and they have their priorities completely screwed up. I honestly hope these buildings get torn down because people should not be subject to the living conditions that these apartments sadly provide. Do not rent here!! Take your money elsewhere, because once you move in, they will ignore you."

"This is one of the worst kept properties in Washington DC. They don't care anything about the safety of the residence. They keep the hallways nasty and staff will ensure that they will do better but never do. The are the most unconcern staff of people I have ever seen in my life. If you have company you will literally have to clean the hall yourself. The residence need to get together and do something about the way they are treated. We are mistreated because of the few residence who don't care about the up keep of the property. I give them 1 star because the residents has a roof over there head sad but so true...."
