"After numerous searches for a facility to accomodate my child's needs related to my work schedule, I found Busy Bees. I find the staff and director both pleasant and welcoming to me and my child. I have found great pleasure in watching my child develop within the confines of such a warm atmosphere. My child goes as far as to call her daycare "home". I would recommend this facility to all."
"My child WAS here for just under a year and has had no consistency here with teachers/staff. If you don't like your child to be around different people, this is not the place for your child. My child has had around 10 teachers in not even a year. It makes you wonder why these teachers LEFT in such short timing. In addition to that, the director is very unprofessional and unorganized. The director speaks negatively and has made comments about kids in their parents that I've had the displeasure of hearing and experiencing. I have never caused this director any grief. I always paid on time, made sure my child had everything necessary to be properly cared for and made the director fully aware of any schedule changes (even provided documents in case my words were not validation enough). Instead of checking the things I provided, the director always felt the need to challenge me with my schedule changes and already paid payments. In most recent events, my child came home with a bruise on his leg and no explanation or incident report was provided. When I questioned the director about it I got attitude and pettiness. The director ended up terminating my child from this facility without notice (as stated on the daycare policy) because of my child coming home with a bruised leg. Not that I had any intentions on my child returning to this facility after the laundry list of things I've experienced. I was contacted by former employees that expressed their reasoning behind them parting from this facility. Few mentioned wages and few mentioned things that makes me question further my child's bruise. They are not opened as advertised either. I wouldn't recommend this facility to my worst enemy."
