"DO NOT LIVE HERE. I recently deleted my review because the landlord asked me to after looking at my a/c unit for 5 minutes, but then I realized something: Why should I care about whether the landlord can rent out to new tenants when he can’t even keep the present ones happy? The elevator is super noisy to the point where it affects my sleep. It’s so loud that whenever I have guests over they comment on how it sounds like thunder. The a/c and heating goes out often. The garbage disposal has broken multiple times. A piece of metal from the patio above me almost fell on my head because of lack of upkeep on the building. If I weren’t in the process of starting a business I would’ve moved out ages ago. In short, this place is a dump. Save your money and look elsewhere."
