"First and foremost, I want to say that this property has its pros and cons, The cons are: - Every building needs remodeling -The staff and maintenance are nice when you move in, but once they get your money, they become very rude, (Especially the Landlord Ms. Taylor) - Maintenance doesn’t fix anything, if you put in a ticket they cancel it out as if they came to repair what you put in a maintenance request for. - THEY HAVE MICE, so if you don’t want any extra guest or if you are considering moving here, YOU MIGHT WANT TO RECONSIDER!!! - Oh, I Forgot to Mention that we moved here in February of 2023 and we weren’t in our apartment for a whole week when we were greeted with MICE! the pros are - the apartments are spacious - the units comes with brand new appliances! - Everyone minds their own business - it’s a nice quiet neighborhood (after 7pm or 8pm it’s quiet) - you don’t have to worry about package theft - Nothing ever happens in this complex. - No one hangs out in front or in the hallways - they have nice balconies but the wood does need to be repaired. I’m currently tenants here, and we have experienced nothing but bad customer service with the property manager, (Ms. Pitts and Ms. Brown are Very nice) Ms. Taylor is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people. Basically Ms. Taylor stated that she has been managing the property for 10 years and according to every review for the last 10 years, this property has not improved! I’m not telling anyone to not move here but I am giving you all the pros and cons of living here!"

"I am a currently resident that this property. I’ve only been at this property for a year. Since moving in my car was broken into twice. My oven make explosion noise everytime I turn it on. This problem have been going on since I moved in. At first there wasn’t anyone in the leasing office to report it too. Then after informing someone about this in the summer when the office was staff. No one came out to check the issue. A fews weeks ago I mentioned it again to the property manager. She told that this normal an it happen to her at her apartment as well. Every time I attempt to us my oven my entire apartment smells like gas. The gas smell is so strong have to open the patio door to air out my apartment . My bathroom counter top wasn’t completely finished when I moved in. Anything that I place on my countertop will stick on to it . Like my toothbrush holder and my soap dispenser. The counter is still sticking to everything. Be careful if you decide to move in to these apartments . Your car might be vandalized and your appliances may explode."

"The property is quiet and not much goes on. Units are very spacious with large balconies. I would not recommend you move here if you are searching for a caring or functional management. As a hotel manager I understand the importance of hearing your tenants and resolving issues. Edgewood is not keeping up with the times. Edgewood does not care about tenants and will not get involved in resolving any issue no matter how severe. I have been living here for five years and have been miserable! I only stay because I literally have no time with work to move. There are mice running rampid, laundry facility has taken my money on several occasions. Recently, the toilet overflew while I was out and when I returned maintenance entered My unit and used my personal towels to soak up the water and left a note that I could barely read on my door. The people above me are not on the lease but are still allowed to live here and disturb me day in and day out. I have complained frequently and even got police involved. No one cares! I pay my rent on time and keep to myself and can't even get assistance with living in peace. The man who rents the unit is a convict who recently was released( according to fellow neighbors) and is letting a group of young people use the unit. They party smoke drink all day long! Thump thump thump is all I hear everyday all day. Management does not care! Conclusion, if you are just looking for a spacious apartment and that's it please come. Otherwise, if your like me a hard worker who only wants peace and quiet and understanding please keep looking."

"The complex does not treat it's tenants fairly. The complex has mice and does nothing to get rid of them, however blames the tenants for the mice. The maintenance men are incapable of fixing anything. The laundry room is supposed to be open from 8-5 although I tried washing my clothes in the morning as early as 8 and still not open by 9:15 am on the weekdays. Some weekends it is closed for the entire day. The property manager is not helpful when it comes to resolving these issues."
