"Horrible place to stay, the first month I moved in there was roaches which I quickly got rid of but it took 4 months to get rid of the mice, completely infested & disgusting. Exterminators would come every 2 weeks & would only leave the traps on my dining room table. I had to TELL them to start looking behind appliances & in the crevices for holes. The structure of the place is built terribly so i can see how it wouldn’t be to hard for them to dig multiple holes. I lived on the top floor & could hear people stomping BELOW ME. It literally would feel like someone was behind me the way I could feel all there movements. The dual washer & dryer in my updated apartment was broken for 10 out of the 19 months I lived there . Sent constant complaints to the rental office(which by the way they’re never actually in office) & it was always some type of excuse. They gutted my entire 2nd room because there was black mold growing from water damage & even after the vent would still drip water. Mind you this is the “renovated” unit! This place is disgusting & the rental people are getting paid to do nothing because they’re never even there."

"It's 10:51 am office says open but doors are locked no one is in the leasing office. It's always like this all the time. who ever works in the office gets a free check for doing absolutely nothing."

"If you currently live in a home with hot water and no rodents then STAY there ! This was one of the Worst experiences I’ve ever went through and this was supposed to be my first apartment. From day one there were roaches and mice that you have no clue about until you move in there. The trash and dumpsters were piled up for the 3 months that I lived there. The water stayed hot for 10 mins at the most and the management are conniving and lie constantly about the upkeep of this place . They tried to ruin my credit and lock me out of the apartment I was renting because I decided to move out I even had to call the police because they tried to fake “evict” me after I gave them my notice to vacate. All I can say is I’m so happy I was able to move out of this dump and just know there will absolutely be rodents no matter how much they claim it won’t or that they’re “fixing the issue,”"

"First and Foremost, Eli was the best! Very responsive and helpful with the application process. He's a total gem! He also was very knowledgeable. My low rating is because the property was a total Misrepresentation. In every way. Not from Eli ( he's wonderful). Starting from the pictures, virtual tours, etc. Absolutely nothing was the way they represented it. You'd believe that you are moving in a quant nice complex. From the grounds to the actual units, The upkeep is not acceptable. The buildings are not kept clean and, the apartments themselves will surprise you ( in a bad way). Do not lease here before you see the units, you will be very disappointed if you do."
