"LET ME JUST SAY HORRIBLE SEVICE AND ACCOMMODATIONS!!! After informing the front office of my sewage smell , they failed to put in a maintenance request and stated the smell was not an emergency so it will not be addressed until Monday. The smell has gotten increasingly worse so much so that my toddler was coughing and my 4 month old has a runny nose. After visit the front concierge and informing him (Jason) of my concern he literally smiles while calling the on call maintenance man. This place is nice to look at but very horrible in caring for their residents! Do your self a favor and rent somewhere else !"

"The SUR is an excellent place to live. I've lived here for 2 years and had a great experience, as well as it being one of the most beautiful buildings I've seen! I work in DC and it's definitely the best option! It is possible to go to work by bike or scooter! A very well located and complete building. The apartments are brand new and very beautiful. The building offers you numerous floor plan options to meet your needs. The building has a gym, parking, leisure areas, two incredible rooftops, etc! The management team is always very attentive and helpful… they work on weekends and holidays, even! I would like to express my special thanks to dear Alejandra and attentive Andrew! I've already renewed my contract twice and I don't plan on moving out anytime soon! Welcome to our community!"

"I just moved into this community some days ago; I was initially worried about the review regarding the trash, car theft etc. I discussed this with my leasing agent (Alejandra), She addressed my concerns which doesn't seem to be like a worry to me anymore. and I am very excited to be in this community, my application process and turn around time was less than 48 hrs.
