"My experience living there was horrific. Management is rude and unorganized. I only lived there for 7 months it’s was roaches the property is unclean . People urinate in the laundry facility! Mold and mildew on pipes.my whole ceiling fell in and they paid nothing for my damages. Don’t bother getting renters insurance because all they are going to do is say it was rainwater so they won’t have to pay. Management was never around only one maintenance man. I have never been that miserable coming home there when I did. Air conditioning never works no heat in the winter. I Hated this place all types of illegal citizens. They are slumlords I beg you please don’t move here even if it no option I hope that they close for good!"
"I have just signed a lease with these people and I will tell you the truth they are the most nicest people I have ever met. They have worked with us in a way that no one have worked with us before they have been patient with us when helping us figure out what to do to increase our credit score. Ms. Mary is so funny and down to earth really great person. She handled us so well she makes me want to get into leasing. She explained how things need to be done and how we can get it done/ The apartments are very spacious and fresh wall to wall carpet and he rent is definitely affordable everything is included and the neighborhood is so quiet. The people there are Nice. Especially Ms. Mary the leaser. She made us feel so welcome and full of energy. I wouldn't have moved into the apartment if it wasnt for Ms. Mary because her personality tells me that she would be good to for us to stay and things are safe and secured at Regency Courts. No gambling no people standing outside of the complex its just quiet and thats what I love. She really made me and my family feel welcomed and accommodated us with her help on letting us know what we can do."
