"I had a really nice apartment & view on the top floor. However, I would never rent from this property management group. Unprofessional, lack of knowledge, careless, they give incentive to people who don’t pay rent to get them to pay rent on time. People who pay monthly on time & the full amount just get poor customer service. I was charged $500 for carpet replacement when I know I left my apartment just the same as I moved in. The office neglected to put in my notice to vacate and I moved out 20 days earlier than I needed to. I wish I could give them a better review but I can’t, as they sent my final bill to a debt collector."

"I signed my lease with utilities included, few months down the road they switch it on mw. I now unpleasantly get charged utilities separately which is totally against what I signed up for. Now I pay utilities for gas, electric, water and sewage at ridiculous numbers!!. Cars get broken into wheels stolen and packages as well, you can't have nice things because they will be vandalized in most horrific way. Parking lot security surveillance and patrols is must but it's not available to save helpless residents from this nightmare . Worst place to live, handy men show up to your apartment without you making any maintenance call only to go through your personal belongings and get surprised it's incomplete. Yearly unjustifiable rent increase & exorbitant bills will make you think twice about the place."
