"Giving it 2 stars because of the management corporate dept. I have lived here almost 3yrs and love the way the staff are with my issues/ concerns Ms.Tiara, MS. Cyone and Ms.Talisa are wonderful. I have been having a flooding issue in my unit since I got here. I have reached out to corporate no response or anything. The problem just keeps getting bandged up. Been waiting on a transfer for a month now. With constant flooding still happening. It's sad when your paying and treated like this. I have kids and these last two holidays this year we been dealing with flooding issues. No one still hasn't reached out. But yet they want y'all to ppl to continue to pay when we had to leave due to smell and daughter badly cough.. I have scheduled for inspection and all... If it wasn't for the nice staff that work hard and try to handle things I would not recommend...even with the rodent issues.. pipes busting..."
