"Ok here we go moved in 11/04/2023 Been nothing but problem after problems refrigerator broke 2days after I moved in took 3wks to get a replacement frig that looks to have come from the dumpster when it runs it's so loud louder than my TV it vibrate the floor next problem I talk to management about the fan on the thermostat to tell them it doesn't work she tells me it does she never came out to see for herself she goes off what the maintenance tells her and leave it as is tell this day I still have no fan to clear the pollen out dust or whatever else I get a stuffy nose every night because of it nothing ever gets fixed currently... please please stay away from this apartment they're nice the whole time you filling out the lease form but once it's signed it's over there whole attitude changes so please look elsewhere"

"I think Avenue is a great place to live. My only issue so far is my upstairs neighbor. OMG I don’t think I’ve ever lived under anybody like this before. The amount of noise is at times unbearable. I don’t know if they have carpet or not but if not they should. Upper level apts should always have carpet. They have no consideration for a tenant under them. I’m quite sure the previous tenant had the same complaint. This would be my only reason to move once my lease ends. Other than that I really like it here. The staff are very friendly. The grounds and buildings are kept nice and clean. No issues so far with rodents or roaches. Quiet except for my upstairs neighbor. I would recommend Ave Apts."

"This property is great the ladies in the rental office are so nice they picked the best unit for me and my family I don’t know which one made the choice but thank you so much my daughter school is a block away and my job is close around the area the property is quite and people are friendly you can even go on night walks with you children that’s how safe it is and you other police officers that live on property besides myself and cameras around the property also gated and well keep by maintenance 24hr towing but overall I picked the best property the Avenue apartments I’ll be here until I buy a house."

"I don’t mind living here majority of the time because I’m to myself, very clean and keep my house kept, so I avoid a lot of the pest problems the complex has, but it’s truly the leasing office I cannot get with! They are very rude and unapproachable any time you visit. I dread the days I have to go speak to them for anything and wish it was a way to communicate everything through the residents portal. They are always coming up with new rules and regulations about whatever they want and do a poor job at letting the residents know. I’ve been here through multiple property management changes and nothing has changed!"
