"This place is not good. Despite the lease stating that smoking is not allowed, many residents are allowed to smoke cigarettes in their rooms, making the hallways reek of smoke in Blair Plaza. The concierges never do anything. I will moving out"

"After a long search for my first apartment, I decided to move back into the Blairs. I used to live here with my parents back in the days and I loved this place so much that I decided to comeback. Everyone here is so nice and professional but mostly VERY PATIENT. Knowing how I always kept emailing and trying to get some information during my entire application, the agents here ARE GREAT especially Omer and if you are looking for a place to live, your search ends here."

"Save your money and sanity and move somewhere else. This place has some of the most incompetent and corrupt managing and ownership. They constantly try to raise the rent, and when they can’t they raise parking and amenity fees. The issue with that is the parking garage is always under construction or cars are being broken into or the gate is broken. Additionally, the washers and dryers constantly break and they drag their feet to get it fixed. And, the HVAC and water is out or being repaired every other week. The Blair’s constantly inconveniences their residents and does little to nothing to accommodate. For instance, they’re doing a massive reno on the HVAC system throughout the whole building which means crews tearing up holes in every unit for about a week. Once they’re done with the holes, they have to wait for county inspection (still has not happened) so your apartment has this eye sore of a patched hole that can’t be painted over until MoCo decides to come. The garage is currently under construction and they took up resident and handicap spots to store equipment leaving residents short of parking and being towed for temporarily using visitor spaces until they can get their spot back. Taking away a resident spot to later tow them is shady. Don’t move here"

"I hope that from my last review of the property, no one moved in. The Blair's are into false advertisement. The advertising practice is very misleading. First, the website a quiet community which appeal to me. The is all, but. Then, they the Peal, but give you Blair Plaza, which next the community Dog Park. The plumbing system at the Blair is very old. I need not for on, pictures speak better. Just, Jason to show poor light around outside entrance, a probable rat problem, and I can post of plumbing system. THE TOWER COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED !"
