"I went to the Edgewood 7 11 and I paid full price for something I asked for but it didn’t meet the standards so I asked for a refund on and I went up to the cash register and they told me to come back on Monday of this week to get my refund and the manager that told me that wasn’t there. I would like to get my refund by the end of this week please and thank you."

"7 eleven app coupons and offers don't work here. Everything costs more rewards points than at other 7-11s. Prices aren't marked on most products and clerks are rude if you ask about things. There's hardly any cellular reception in the store for some reason. The store is cramped yet somehow doesn't stock a wide selection. Coffee station was dirty."

"It's like they come up with their own rules! I try to buy liquor, they tell me I need to have the vertical ID, I try to load money onto my card they tell me "we don't load cashapp at this location " when my app literally told me to go there. I know everyone store has policies but I truly felt they were just being rude because some ppl let you slide & some don't"

"As soon as I walked in the lady at the counter just stared at me and talked on the phone. When I was done shopping I went up put my stuff down. there was a mistake on my part that I apologized for and she seemed mad after it happened because she kept slamming the scanner down every time she scanned something. overall it wasn’t a good experience and I am just gonna take me and my money down the street to royal farms. So if you like bad customer service and overpriced goods this is the place for you.☺️"
