"I was going to the liquor store to purchase a lottery ticket, there were two worker standing outside taking orders, I gave my lottery slip to the worker and the other worker said I must purchase at least $10.00 to use the lottery machine, I use that store a lot but that the last time I will use and I will let my other military active and retired not to use it"
