"I moved into Millennium National Landing exactly one week ago in a “renovated” apartment. Property advertised and was told I would have completed renovated apartment all new appliances new front load washer/ dryer etc. what I received was a refrigerator that doesn’t get cold, out of over $100 from groceries that had to be disposed. I don’t have a useable washer that management refuses to replace or properly repair. Exhaust fan in bathroom doesn’t work. Lindsay and Joyce need to be terminated immediately. Both are very dismissive, unhelpful, incompetent and lack empathy for tenants. $2500 per month rent, $100 parking and to be treated like a none factor as a new tenant is disheartening. I have made several requests and yet nothing has been resolved. Lots of push back and attitude when simply making requests you’re entitled. I will be moving forward with legal action due to Millennium in default of lease. I advise other tenants to do the same. After they get you to sign lease and take your money expect hell after. Such a disappointing experience. But as tenants we have rights too!"
"Service can be a lost art in our world today. The time I spent at the millennium has been great because of the service and hospitality of Joyce. She always goes above and beyond for all your needs. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and sense of purpose to make sure the wants, needs and desires are meet. It’s important to recognize the people that stand out in our world today."
"You can’t beat The Millennium for location - everything you need is within walking distance, next to a lovely little park. The apartment is specious, with great walk-in closets, and an enormous kitchen island. The floor-to-ceiling windows give great views over the area. The maintenance team at The Millennium are top notch. The front desk folks are excellent too, always ready to help out and make residents’ life comfortable. Five star service from the guys, always."
"The business center printer doesn’t function. There is trash littered all over the building and the elevators smell so bad. Tenants let their animals roam around in common areas to defecate. The concierges don’t unlock the patios. Marijuana use is rampant. There is just no sense of management or accountability here. It’s really disappointing. I don’t like to post like this, but I hope things can improve here."
"View of brick chimney built in the middle of the renovated cement park-like area. Ugly view!! I give this place two stars for several reasons. 1. Noise!! Lots of street noise from delivery and garbage trucks. The construction around this area has made living here an awful experience!! Constant noise from construction crews. 2. Lighting. Dim light fixtures in bathroom, closets and hallways. Cannot replace bulbs. Kitchen has an odd low ceiling with poorly designed fluorescent bulbs.3. Not luxury. It was marketed as luxury but falls short. Dogs pee on building and garbage shoot is backed up. The 3ft deep pool is only open limited time with a lifeguard. They replaced a roof top seating area with a beehive. So now family members who are allergic to bees cannot sit near the pool. 4. Traffic. Costco traffic is horrific on Fern St. and customers leave their carts all along the street in front of the apartment. 5. Homeless. Ok most big cities have homeless but Fern St has several that sit in or outside Starbucks and sleep in the fern st post office, our elevators, and our OPEN parking garage. 6. Minimal security. That’s right! Someone broke into our underground parking garage and management has not fixed our garage door for months. So management is not concerned about security of your car, either. Intercom does not work."
