"The team at Modern Art Place has been great; everyone from the concierge team, maintenance, and management. Everyone has been friendly, helpful, and pleasant. I do not have any complaints. The team has made a great effort to make my first apartment a great experience. I appreciate the cleanliness of the community, the closeness to the grocery store, gym, and the community events. Special shoutout to Ashley, Courtney, Miguel, and Shereece."

"I would not recommend my worst enemy to live here. Both the General Manager Tiffany Gayles and the Assistant General Manager Shereece Stanard are two of the most unscrupulous individuals I have ever interacted with in my life. This property is also cursed because it is infested with crime. There have been all kinds of robberies, thefts, and someone lost their life. Tiffany Gayles, and the security are keenly aware of crimes that happen on the property. However Tiffany Gayles does not have the moral compass to warn the residents of crimes that happen on the property so that the residents can protect themselves or at least make adjustments. Tiffany Gayles is quick to send out an email about construction across the street, or when maintenance is going to change an air filter, yet she will sweep all crimes on the property to her knowledge under the rug. When my vehicle was stolen out of the residential parking garage on 8/19/2022, Tiffany Gayles refused to let me see what happened on the security camera. If you have to communicate with the leasing office about anything concerning yourself and the property, Sheerece Stanard will disregard it entirely. Sheerece Stanard will also attach bogus junk fees to your account as you move out. For what they are charging, there are far better and safer options available to choose from."

"Very interesting to see the building manager of this property leaving a 5 star reviewing to artificially inflate the building’s reviews. Shady, but not surprised. I’ve lived in this building for 3 years and have watched the steady decline of care and maintenance as well as professionalism. Won’t renew again. Would be great if before I moved if someone would PLEASE paint the dang hallways to our apartments and not just common areas shown on tours. New carpet in the hallways would be great also."
