"Drove over 30 minutes from Fairmont for a EARLY morning appointment. The waiting room was packed. I sat there for over an hour until finally asking the front desk how much longer it would be. The response, "I'm not sure. The doctors are very behind". They clearly overbooked for the day at their patient's expense, literally. It cost me sick leave and a missed meeting, plus the haneoues round-trip drive to get there on time. I ended up having to cancel my appointment."

"My husband has been a chronic pain patient for over 13 years now. Lime moat doctors his got shut down and he has had nothing but trouble since. He has had 10 spinal surgeries including 8 fusions. He IS NOT a seeker or addict. This doc said that he with held that his family doc had put him on methodone just a week ago to make sure he didnt go through withdrawals til he found another doc. When they asked him to write down what he has taken in the last 30 days he wrote each medication down!!!! They daid he didnt and pretty much said goodbye. Thanks alot for helping my husband get any relief at all and leaving in tears!!!! I have to take care of him. Not any of u!!!!! Bad place"

"I have known Dr. Darmelio for many years. He recently treated me for rotator cuff impingement. In a few hours after treatment, I was pain free and have been so for months. Now, I'm back to doing all the things I love to do without pain. Including sleeping! All of the Docs and support staff at MOA are top-notch. I highly recommend MOA and am very happy with their total patient experience!"

"On Tuesday 9/11/18 I had so much pain in my ankle that I made an appointment with Mountainstate. My ankle was red and visibly swollen.. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment before I was shown to an exam room. I waited in the exam room for 15?minutes. Then they took X-rays. I then waited another 45 minutes before I saw Dr Conjeski. I saw the doctor for a total of 10 minutes. He said ‘ it’s tendinitis. Don’t rest it. Take mobic’ and he was gone. Wednesday evening the pain was so intense I went to the ER. The ER resident took X-rays. Looked at the swelling and decided to pull fluid from my ankle. The white blood cells present were nearly twice their action point at 82000. Also a high amount of uric acid crystals were present in the fluid. They were concerned my joint was septic and I was in surgery the next morning at 7 am. Mountainstate Orthopaedics made me feel as though I was simply part of their revenue stream and not like my pain or my health factored into their consideration. I won’t go back there. If you’re reading this I’d advise the same."

"I had Chad Poage repair a knee suture breakdown. Dr. Poage looks like a kid, but don't let that fool you! He was excellent affable and well informed! For me he had the depth to see ahead to predict and avoid problems. He used a subcuticular stitch with absorbable suture to reduce the scaring and not require suture removal! He took me on when he was covering for the other knee guy. I highly recommend him-just plain excellent! Not him, but beware the office staff: chaos, bad demeanor, long waits, long lines..."
