"8 month review. I have been living here since late December2022/early January 2023. I appreciate the advanced notice of monthly fire alarm tests and any other scheduled maintenance that might cause a disruption (so I can plan and prepare accordingly). The monthly fire alarm tests demonstrates care for residents' safety. I appreciate the easy online payment portal and automatic receipt of payment of my rent. I appreciate that the payment for emergency key access for when being locked out is now payable online (I have yet to meet anyone, at least a fellow millennial, who carries a large amount of cash in their wallet on a regular basis.) I appreciate when there was some reports of auto-related theft in the neighborhood, management informed residents of this with a notice at each entry door. When the air filters were being replaced I appreciated the property manager and maintenance person asking if there was any other maintenance issues that needed to be addressed immediate or shortly thereafter. However, one thing I think that can be approved is the laundry card machine being able to take $1 bills or even coins."

"Very beautiful place quiet and peaceful. Kimberly the property manager was very courteous nice and helpful. Although I didn’t get the apartment, I had enjoyed meeting with her and am thankful for the insightful information she gave. She even called one of their sister buildings just to know if they still had something available. Overall, although there was no availability, she cared which is hard to find in your search for a place to call home."

"If you like water shut off for whole day couple days a month, no hot water to shower, entering your apartment without your authorization and loud fire alarm waking you up in early mornings then you would love to live in this place. You are going to feel that you are living in county jail in this apartment. Extreme adventure guaranteed, you will quickly become outdoor camping expert living at this apartment complex. Hallways always have smell of nasty food mixed with the smell of marijuana. This place has government assistance program for poor so don't be surprise if you hear loud arguing and fighting voice. Don't be surprise if your neighbor or neighbors get visit from probation officers. Very nasty place to live."
