"This apartment complex has been running down for years now. Every six months they have a new management. They change management like they're changing their panties. There's no one in the office. They don't like to answer the door or the phone, they always close. Residence is having issues with them raising or telling people they owe back rent from years ago. Every time a new management comes in that office, it's always something new. This place is going down and going straight to hell in the hand basket Every 6 months is always some issues. A lie about fixing the mode that's in the unit they painted over it. Now when people want to sue them, they wanna bring up all these or I o u charges. Sad for the people. (BUY GOD). Just know, ADMIRAL Oaks, the God won't allow you guys to over anymore longer.. YAll"

"I currently live here and let me tell you the carpet is coming off the floor the wall is all molding the cockroach are everywhere my mom cleans house so it’s not become it’s dirty or anything, we have asked if they can change the carpet a couple of times but they keep putting us on a wait list it’s been 3 years and still nothing has been done about it."

"The Absolute worst place to live or visit in Annapolis. The rental office is non existent for any matter Emergency or otherwise. The complex has assigned parking, but no way to enforce when someone is parked in your spot. Stay away from this place!!!!! There is NO WAY POSSIBLE ANYONE GAVE THIS PLACE 5 STARS!!!!!"

"There is not enough parking for residents and the rental office tows resdents cars on a regular if left in the employees parking spaces even if there is no where else to park, the residents CAN NOT HAVE ANY VISTORS NONE NO PARKING. WHEN MY SON I COULD EVEN have people over. There maintenance run in and out your apart all day long and leave different contractual people in with out supervision. There carpet is bunched up ugly and dangerous i trip over it contantly. The office mrgs wont give you the number to corporate to compkain. The free wifi is so low u cant get a dignal. Your only allow to use comcast. NOW RESIDENTS HAVE TO PAY TO PARK IN YOUR OWN NEIGHBORHOOD 25 DOLLARS. They have this sitting out front 24 hours its a eye soar...."
