Only one car in the parking area...says a lot. Floors in the room were newly done with floor panels, but were uneven. Furniture was old and one chair was too dirty to sit on. Funky smell in the corridor. Close drive to Historic Annapolis and US Naval Academy"

"Stayed here because it was the cheapest option to book short notice within 15 minutes of my destination, but still was over $200 a night. Haven't stayed at this chain before and saw 3.5 star averages so I thought it'd be ok. Holes in the bed covers, "mystery stains" everywhere on chairs, everything has a layer of grossness, shower isn't clean, odd smell to the room, and more. Nothing like shampoo, conditioner, etc. Soap dispenser at the sink is empty. I feel like I paid an average of $40 a night, but I'm paying closer to $240. I have a few more nights here, but am questioning if I want to leave early and try finding somewhere else. This is gross. Edit: Pubes in 'clean' washcloths, super slow draining shower, door won't properly open with key card, side entrance is just broken, and I watched someone taken out from a fall yesterday on an ambulance. Probably because the shower is really slippery. At least the mini fridge works?"

"Absolutely the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The walls have stains all over them, the curtains were also stained. The floor boards are warped and tripped over them multiple times. The room also smelled like cat pee. There was also dogs barking. If it wasn’t for the Navy game and the boat show in Annapolis and all the hotels bring booked we would have would’ve have continued our stay."

"This place is a dump. The hallway carpet is extremely dirty and old. There are roaches and insects everywhere!! They say they spray for bugs but they don't. The house keeping doesn't do a good job cleaning the rooms. This whole place needs a serious adjustment."

"Horrible experience, stopped in late got a room, couldn't even stay in the room because the AC barely works. Wasn't even there as hour. Asked for a refund, they were fine with it. I left, then got a call 20 minutes later saying they couldn't refund me anymore because I used the bathroom? Then they charged my card again without my permission. Hallway stinks like musky dog and you can't even get to the vending machines because it's 120 degrees in the room. Horrible experience wouldn't recommend to anyone. If you like hot rooms, stench, and roaches then this is the place for you."
