"Place is nasty. Burn holes on the covers, the chair was soaking wet and smelled like mildew for whatever reason...I mean, Def not worth the price in my opinion"
"Blood all over the walls, stains on sheets, missing drawers in dresser, door was banged up, and staff even walking in before check out. It was a horrible experience. My boyfriend and I both got very very sick from the living conditions here. It is not safe nor is any of the staff living up to health code I work at a gas station and it’s cleaner than this. They charged over 300 dollars for 2 nights plus 100 deposit. And argued when we asked for a refund. Don’t stay here super unsafe!!"
"The absolute worst hotel that I have ever been to. The door had been obviously kicked in several times causing a massive gap in the opening that you could just about fit 2 fingers through. One of the two beds was COMPLETELY SOAKED to the box frame with some mystery substance and then there were burn marks, scorches and grass in the drawers, beds and all over the place. We demanded a refund because it was so unsightly and probably a health hazard to stay there. MIND YOU THEY WERE CHARGING $200 A NIGHT TO STAY HERE. We were told we would be issued a refund “that night” but here we are 6 DAYS LATER fighting for a refund from a “manager” that seems to have “just left” every time we call them about the refund. Do not stay here. Do not give them your money. Report them to the authorities now and building inspectors since they love to rip people off and think they can get away with it. Will be contacting BBB and local news outlets next."
"Absolutely disgusting. Room was "non-smoking" but it reaked of cigarettes and there was an ashtray on the night stand. Nothing looked like it had been cleaned, beds were old and in bad shape, TV remote had a thick layer of grime and what looked like cobwebs on it, carpet had stains and tears, curtains had holes in it and the toilet seat had black stains on it. I spent all day at Sandy Point for a music festival and really wanted to take a shower but I didn't feel comfortable getting in the shower. I saw no signs of renovations in mine or my friend's room except for maybe pallets and stacks of boxes outside some of the rooms. This place shouldn't charge more then $50 a night because you would get what you paid for. Paying $200 was a complete waste of money."
"I had a great experience here at a really good price. I read the reviews and was a bit leery. I had room 117. It was clean. The bed and pillows are top notch. This is a ma and pa basic motel. It should be noted that they are renovating this old motel. You get what you get. I loved it."
