WE ARE GOING TO COURT AND SINCE WE HAD SIMILAR SITUATION, I KNOW WE WILL WIN 100%. AGAIN, UNLES THEY HAVE CASHIER CHECK IN ADVANCE AND YOU DEPOSIT BEFORE WORK, DO NOT START WORKING. "My Uncle lives here and I can honestly say I feel safe in this complex, I am currently applying for my own apartment here for myself, also the security are super friendly..and do on the job 24/7 protecting the residents also a decent area the complex is clean"

"The WORST place to live unless you like roaches, mice, bedbugs, bats and being in an unsafe community that is chained and locked. There is NO emergency maintenance. The regular maintenance barely comes and when they do, they are very inexperienced and lack the materials need to complete a job. The staff is rude and the management is always changing. There is a laundry room on the property that is dirty with barely working machines that gets locked at different times each day. There WAS a community room and a learning center long ago. There are no community resources or services available. Don't be misled! This place should be shut down and completely rehabbed. The plumbing is bad and most of the buildings' foundation has shifted. The refrigerator and stove are old, outdated and in poor working condition and you can forget about them being replaced! Save yourself the stress, time & money!"

"Rental office staff is a revolving door. Maintenance not reliable. They try to maintain property. Try!!! Staff can not keep up with paperwork. Mice, roaches, rats, stray cats. Income based is the only worthy part if you lose job. Not worthy when you report income change and Rental staff can not keep up with paperwork i.e rental payment. I do not recommend to live here honestly. I have been here want too long. I have seen management change more times than I can count. When management is changed there is no change same messed up system, rude staff. They are suppose to be updating the property which was suppose to start Jan 2018. Renovations have not started yet."
