"I cannot express enough how wonderful much of an enjoyable experience this was. Kenya was my dogs groomer. She was so gentle with him. Usually my dog leaves the groomer (other places) anxious and distraught. Today he was the happiest boy ever. Thanks guys! I will be seeing you all soon! Also, the pricing was super reasonable for how much they did. Following up 5 months later. Still doing great! Had Izaiah do Oscar’s last two cuts and he did such a great job. Play coordinators are really professional and care Willow's needs. They even learned some of the commands in Korean for Willow. Lovely group of people that truly care about our four-legged friends!"

"After firing my old vet practice, I went to Heart + Paw. They were phenomenal. Answered all my questions about neutering and after the procedure continued to follow up with me about how he was healing. The vet got down on the floor to help make my puppy more at ease and checked on him there. Little things like that to ensure my puppy's comfort go a long way. I am thrilled to have found them."

"I have been going for years to heart and Paw, I spent thousands of dollars in their vet and grooming, today they let my dog come home looking like this! Plz see the attached photos! They said he has fleas ok but they did even have the courtesy to try and finish what the groomer started… why?? I paid $170 and you wouldn’t even try to make my dog feel ok… they don’t care about my dogs and I won’t give them my hard earned money. To any dog owner who is reading this please go somewhere else where they care a little more about your dog than just your money."

"I’ve been sending my pug, Bruno, to Heart + Paw East for a few months now and he absolutely loves it. When I let him know we are going to “play” he runs to the building. It’s evident he enjoys being there and I attribute that to the lovely staff. They make sure each dog is cared for, safe and special which is invaluable.
