"I’ve lived here for almost two years now and the office staff is very friendly and caring so no complaints there but there is an issue with the electric meter for my apartment and I’ve been paying 500-800 dollars a month in electric for a tiny two bedroom apartment on top of the 1900 dollars in rent they charge. I’ve tried reaching out the bge several times but since I’m only renting they will not do anything to assist. The office hasn’t done anything to resolve the issue either and this is way to much money to be paying for electric. I need to be let out of my lease or to have the overage bge is charging me taken from my rent but they will not do this. If you can afford to pay almost 1000 dollars a month in electric alone then this is the place for you."
"Lived here for over a year with my boyfriend. Neighbors are nice and generally quiet. Staff is awesome. But to pay over $1600 (rent, extra parking spot, utilities) a month is a little unreasonable for the general quality of this 1 bed 1 bath apartment. One of the dryers doesn't always work in my building and there doesn't seem to be any intention of fixing it. It's obvious they just changed the carpet and painted the walls between tenants, and didn't even clean the walls before painting. There was paint on the windows and carpet, the grout in the bathroom is awful and peels in the humidity, and they painted over the mildew on the ceiling. The windows and vents also weren't cleaned in between tenants, and I could tell there were pets in the apartment before because the hair that would fill the air when the HVAC cut on. It made the carpet filthy so fast. It's a decent size apartment but a little cramped for two people unless you both don't have a lot of stuff. There is a pool."
"Parking was horrible and they had bedbugs… only came to “spray” for 3 weeks and put traps down. Not to mention nothing got fixed until I said I wanted to move…. But Other than the bugs the apartment is very nice"
"Aquahart complex is not bad. However, if you are a sociable person or would like visitors, please please reconsider. Parking is assigned and you never know when or who will be parked in your space. If you don't drive or don't mind the frustration, it's pretty decent."
"Finally got to experience Aquahart Manor for myself. It has been absolutely amazing here. It’s so quiet at night, don’t believe me just drive here yourself at night. No bugs in your apartment. All concerns addressed quickly. Well maintained community and all the buildings are very clean. This is a tucked away community, so when you find it...it’s like you found a pot of gold."
