"The staff was friendly and helpful. The application process was quick and timely for the date I wanted. The apartment is comfortable with just the space I needed for 2 and the price affordable. The community is clean and quiet with easily accessible parking spaces and essential stores located within 5 minutes. Work order was done for me in less than 3 business days and I was very satisfied with repairs. I choose the right place."
"I'm giving 5 stars despite a few problems because maintenance and management staff respond quickly and are always very pleasant. I love my apartment! It's very spacious. I live on the top floor, so I don't have any problems with noise. My apartment is one of the updated ones, beautiful cabinets and granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and granite sink in bathroom. I'd say the community as a whole is quite and pleasant!"
"4 months into my lease and I feel I can give a pretty accurate description of this community. Pros: Quiet most of the time, maintenance is quick to respond to requests, kid friendly for the most part. I would feel comfortable taking my kid for a walk around there. Certainly not by themselves. It's clean. Not sure what it was like before but I have no pests here but I'm very big on cleanliness. You see your trash fee in action because messes always get cleaned up after a bit but if someone gets evicted that day things can look a little sloppy... understandably so. People stay to themselves and not alot of drama but definitely can look like you're in Baltimore with people standing outside huddled around doors and cars lol. I personally don't mind or care, but you should expect that and not be surprised by it here. Cons: For starters if you are ever late for whatever reason they will stick a notice either on your door or on the door in the hallway intead of just in your mailbox which I found weird. Of course someone can say "pay your rent" but realistically stuff can happen so I monitor the response of management and they can make things difficult on you paying your rent even after things come together financially. Course I have no shame in admitting I had trouble for a month or so with rent when first moving because I transitioned out of an expensive situation, but if you can't pay, you'll definitely have a bad experience here. Just don't want you to be surprised. I noticed with my neighbor at first and thought it was very petty. Thankfully I make a good amount in today's inflated economy. You can hear the people above you walking around, and people doing "adult things" over your head so definitely would recommend having a good sound system if you decide to move here because it's similar to Baltimore in this way. By the book and fees can pop up. Wouldn't recommend this for newer renters but experienced renters for sure. The last con is the thin walls. You can hear your neighbors sometimes. I usually drown out the noise, but it can get weird. Oh and sometimes there will be dog poop in the grass. Not surprisingly some people don't clean up behind their dogs which is disgusting but meh. You can find that happening anywhere. Make an informed decision when moving in. This review will help you know what to expect."
"Although my residential experience has not been terrible, there were and still are areas that need improvement. When I first moved in the laundry facilities were awful and I emailed the property manager at that time about it. Never heard anything back and no action was taken. I had to use other laundry facilities outside of the complex. It took 3 years and a new management team to come on board before the issue was resolved. I would often hear mice in the walls but never see them in my apartment since I had all holes sealed before move in. Maintenance told me the sound that I was hearing was my A/C unit cutting on which I knew was a lie b/c the units are in the back of the building not in my bedroom. My current issue is that their now charging $65/month for amenities that aren't year round/ updated/practical. The fitness center over the summer ranged from 78-84° with no functioning HVAC system, cold water dispensers, cleaning products, faulty equipment, and no fans."
"Cedar Creek is a nice neighborhood! quiet and friendly, I'm very happy with my apartment. The girls at the leasing office made the move-in process effortless, they are polite and very professional. Maintenance is great very quick to address issues and the service manager there is top notch!"
