"A new building with a ton of amenities including a gym and a rooftop terrace, located within a short walk to the Metro. It's practically right next to Rockville Town Center and plenty of shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. Enclosed parking with a direct entrance to the elevators is a lifesaver when you have a bunch of groceries to carry back home. The application and move-in process was by far the most painless among all of the rental properties I've dealt with. The concierge and the leasing team have been extremely courteous and helpful for the past year I've been living here. Overall 10/10, zero complaints."

"Truly confused after move in, with absurd management: 1)last resident mails found in mailbox when rented as “brand new” unit; 2) our due payment with unknown description (after clarified, told no need to correct, just pay A for B), 3) the worst, you can not ask why if something went wrong, how to prevent. Answer is you have emergency call to mitigate! Totally out of words and disappointed! The concierge and emergency crew are exceptional!"

The longer the tour went on the more Alyssa calmed me down. I don’t think she will ever know what a difference she made in my life. I am so in love with this property more than I ever thought I would be. Every person that I’ve come I’m contact with has been extremely helpful and welcoming.
