"I stayed for 3 nights and the room was better than I expected after reading the reviews. I needed a room that fit my budget and this hotel was closest to my job. The halls had a big of a mildew smell but a clean smell masking most of it. Rooms were clean and smelled ok for an older hotel. My issue was on my last night. I was watching a movie when a roach crawled onto the bed with me. I hadn’t seen any roaches during my stay but that one roach really effected my overall experience. Staff nice. Housekeeping does a good job."

"The hotel was clean, a bit dated. The pillows were awful but the bed was comfortable otherwise. Since I wasn’t in the room very much it was fine for what I needed. I’d rate it 3.5 stars out of 5. Convenient and average."

"I booked a one night stay at this hotel. The check in process was pretty smooth. After receiving my key, I headed up to the second floor. Unfortunately, my key would not work. I tried it multiple times and still the same result. I was quite annoyed because I had been driving for a while and really needed to use the restroom. I had to return to the front desk. The front desk attendant gave me a new set of keys. Once again, I trekked to the second floor. Thankfully, the keys worked and I headed straight to the bathroom. After relieving myself, I tried to flush the toilet only to realize it wasn’t working. I called the front desk and was placed on hold. After being on hold for at least 3 minutes, I hung up and went back to the front desk to report the issue. A different attendant was at the front desk. After explaining the situation to him he stated that he would call someone to look at it. I had an appointment and needed to leave so I asked him how soon the person would get there. His response was that he didn’t know and he’d have to call the person first to see when they were available. At this point, I requested a new room and he claimed he couldn’t assign me a new room until someone checked the toilet and it was resolved. I explained to him that I had to leave and asked if he could assure me that when I returned the toilet would be fixed or I’d be assigned a new room. He stated that he couldn’t make a decision until they examined the bathroom. I proceeded to cancel my reservation and left the premises."

"Avoid. This hotel is a disaster. We booked it to stay for one night after a holiday work party so we didn't have to drive home late at night. The hotel smelled of weed when we first arrived, and people were partying in the halls throughout the night leaving their trash everywhere. It was so bad that someone set off the fire alarm with their smoking, causing all of us to evacuate the hotel at 5am, and multiple fire trucks showing up. My husband and I just grabbed our stuff and checked out right then to head back to Virginia. When we got home, we opened our suitcases and they reaked of weed...we were there for less then 12 hrs and that was still too long at this hotel."

"This place has a weird vibe. Like it is stuck in the '80s. Indoor air quality is kind of poor. Seems stale. It smells like oily machinery around the elevators. When I first got into my room, I opened the floor mat towel and a cockroach dropped out. So that wasn't a good start. The bed was comfortable and I slept okay."
