"Great value if you are not expecting top quality rooms. In the rooms they have a full size refrigerator, 2 electric burners for cooking, and cabinets for kitchenware which you can purchase directly from the hotel if have an immediate need. Bathroom has a limit amount of toiletries, best to bring your own. The only trash can that was available was the recycle bin under the kitchen sink. I really needed in the bathroom. Some of the things that bothered me were the lamp without the shade in the kitchen, the blue spots on the backsplash in kitchen, the food stuck on the floor near the bathroom between the kitchen, and counter in the bathroom that didn’t look fully clean. The staff was really nice, they returned my earring that I had forgotten, they allowed me stay in the guest room as long as I needed after checkout, and they allowed me to use the staff bathroom as much as needed after checkout. All staff that I encountered were friendly, full of smiles, and helpful when needed. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to take pictures this time around, because I arrived a few minutes before Shabbat. Self care was top priority. I also happy to learn you didn’t need a parking pass to park."

"I’ve enjoyed my stay here. It’s not far from Rio and other places. I enjoy daily walks to various places for my needs and I’ll just Uber back sometimes. The staff are incredibly friendly! They’re happy to help you. I am impressed with how easily I slept, as I am a light sleeper and wake easily. A little kindness, happiness, and patience always go a long way. All around the price and location are right!"

"When I first arrived I was taken back by the smell in the hallway and my room.. but after my 3 week stay I decided to give 5 stars. Honestly, you get what you pay for. One thing that bothered me was probably the smell. My room constantly smelled like very old wooden furniture. But again this place was significantly cheaper than other options in the area so I probably just needed to set reasonable expectations. Everything else was fine. It seems like an old building but they seemed to have cleaned it well. The bathroom and fridge were clean. Hallways were a bit dirty. The front staff were very helpful and friendly. When I call the ESA customer service number for reservation related issues, everyone I spoke to were also very helpful. The walls are very thin. Neighbors could be noisy but I didn’t think it was too bad. Breakfast was very minimal but again at this price point I didn’t expect anything fancy."
