Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore Washington Airport

"I travel a lot and this was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at. The staff promised a roll away bed which they actually don’t provide to then tell me they would bring a pack and play, which never came either! I asked for extra blankets and pillows, they would only give 1 pillow and some crusty blankets! The water was warm at best! Besides the woman that let us check in early (flights were cancelled so we were stuck there overnight) and the shuttle driver, everyone else was just rude or acted as if you don’t exist! Never again!"

"Shuttle was late and outdated with broken safety belts. Room was noisy with noise from the street, the elevators and the heating system making it impossible to sleep without developing a headache (but hey, they sell 26$ tylenols!). Shower was leaking. Pillows were barely more than a sheet, offering no support whatsoever. Breakfast was overpriced minimal, overcooked, tasted like sawdust and served on dirty plates and silverware. Pool was tiny and green. Fitness center the size of a powder room. I have had better experiences at 30$ motels"

"The shower continued to drip on the drain pan making noises. The dripping increased when other rooms used their water. The tiles in front of the sink are coming loose. I caught my left foot on one. Fortunately, I did not cut myself. I ate the breakfast buffet for 3 mornings. I did not tip the staff because they did not wait on me. My bill was charged $2 a day for a tip on my corporate credit card. That is unethical and is stealing. If that is being done to everyone who chooses not to tip the staff, that could amount to a large sum of money leading to felony charges. My advice is to audit the location for possible faulty record keeping before you end up in a law suite."

"I stayed here and rarely take the time to write reviews for Hilton properties as I’m a business traveler/Diamond member and most Hiltons have a pretty good standard that they follow. This hotel I was not impressed with at all. Aside from the weekday nighttime manager (I checked in around 1 AM) who went above and beyond, everyone here is less than friendly. Ask for more towels/toiletries and I was told I “could only have one” and it’s not like I even got my room serviced. 2 towels for a whole week of a stay is unacceptable. The maid is screaming to another employee in the hall every day and banging on stuff which makes sleeping in virtually impossible. To boot, the breakfast wasn’t ready till 7:45 AM and it was supposed to be open at 7 AM. The lady was a bit snappy with me even though my thoughts are if you are short staffed, then you account for that and start preparing food early. (She did comp my breakfast, but I was late to work b/c of it.) And lastly, there is nowhere near enough light in the rooms. Stay at another property. Not run well by management and the team! (I do have a separate account for reviews so the name on the account is not associated with my membership.)"

"I would stay again. The room was nice enough. The employees I interacted with were polite and helpful. The gym was convenient. The pool looked clean. However, I was looking forward to using the hot tub - but it looked king of gross like maybe algae was growing on the tile or something. That was the one disappointment."
