"Staff was friendly. Good continental breakfast. Room sticks badly from stale cigar smoke. This was definitely a smoker room at one time. The gasket around fridge is off so food isn't really stating cold. Good thing I am not stating more than a day"

"Decent hotel to stay in. Not too out of the way though there's a ton of food and other amenities nearby. Could use a face lift for some of the dated or older items and equipment on site. The king size bed was extremely firm so keep that in mind if you go with that option."

"Had a very unfortunate experience with this hotel. They reached out via email in the middle of the night two days before my trip to let me know that my group's ADA accessible hotel suite was no longer available due to an HVAC issue. That happens, I understand. What was incredibly frustrating, however, was that not only were we asked if a non-accessible room would work (no, of course not, my group has accessibility needs), we were not offered two single accessible rooms, (their website showed them being available). There was also no effort to help us rebook on short notice at another local TownePlace Suites. When I called multiple times throughout the next day to try to resolve this issue, there was no manager present either time, and no staff was able to help me. I also received no response to my emails from Vera, the initial staff member who reached out. It seems to me that this would be a direct violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, as not attempt was made to provide adequate alternative lodging. My suggestion would be to look elsewhere if you are an individual with a disability requiring lodging. The other TownePlace suites in the area were more accommodating."

"Hotel is dirty and old. Beef burritos for breakfast?! Waffle maker and no syrup so had to eat then dry. Coffee at night but no hot water for the tea packets. Rooms are falling apart and not cleaned well. People living there. Dogs barking ALL Night LONG. The silverware and stuff in room dirty! Staff is nice but clueless."

"Slightly dated hotel but the location is great. Staff was busy and still super helpful and polite. Somehow they ran out of breakfast, it must have been a very full hotel all week. Not an issue for me, I used the kitchenette to reheat pizza and make coffee for breakfast. Love the full size fridge, 2 burners and plenty of plates and bowls! Great for airport travel"
