"I have lived here for 20 years. When I first moved in Mr Tony was the manager. He was great and I wish he never left. For almost 2 years now I have been without water to drink or bath in. I have always paid rent on time, never caused any problems. I lost my job and had to do a 0 income with section 8 which they granted, and even though I have papers saying my rent is 0, they went to a judge to get me evicted for non payment of rent. I never received any notice to even go to court to defend myself,and the judge ruled in their favor. They are mad because section 8 refuses to pay them either. The apartment is in abatement and the judge doesn't even know it. If they think I am not going to sue them they are crazy."

"Went to the leasing office to get rental information around 4pm. Saw the hours on the door 8:30 to 12pm, and the phone number to call for an appointment. Stood in front of the door and called no one answered the phone, saw a couple of employees or leasing agents in the building still noone answering the telephone to even make an appointment. If the hours are only until 12pm , when working folk get off at 3pm or 4pm, the least that can be done is answer the phone. When on the website it states office hours are from 8:30am to 5pm."

"Went to Lyon homes, not having a place to live, me and my kids was about to be evicted from where we are. At first I called and the young lady at the fornt desk told me to come in and filled out the application, like two weeks later we moved in with my kids. The lady at the front name was Izzy, she was very helpful and the manager was very nice. The customer services I received was very outstanding."

I went to the rental office, I spoke to a lady there by the name of "Izzy" her customer was on nice, she give me a lot of information about the area.
